iPad Checkout Agreement

The following statements are part of the KHS iPad Checkout Agreement. Please read the statements below and complete the linked Google Form when checking out a KHS iPad for employee use:

  1. All KHS iPads are the property of Knightdale High School and the Wake County Public School System.
  2. Employee use of KHS iPads are included as part of the Wake County Employee Acceptable Use of Electronic Resources (2313 R&P) and the Wake County Code of Ethics and Standards of Conduct (4005 R&P). Employees are expected to use KHS iPads in compliance with these board policies.
  3. Carrying a KHS iPad is a privilege, not a right. Knightdale High School reserves the right to revoke these privileges with just cause. Failure to comply with a request to return a KHS iPad within a reasonable amount of time may result in the employee being held financially responsible for the full replacement value of the iPad.
  4. Accidents happen. Knightdale High School expects employees to take reasonable care to protect KHS iPads from accidental damage or loss. Damage or loss resulting from intentional neglect or misuse may result in the employee being held financially responsible for the full replacement value of the iPad.
